Shopping tips
- Tax-free: the official store pages and FAQ don't state whether each store offers tax-free shopping. Ask at the counter, and see the new tax-free refund from November 1, 2026.
- Online: Pokémon Center Online (Japan) says it does not deliver overseas. If you want something, buy it while you're in Japan.
- Fakes: The Pokémon Company says its items are licensed for sale only through its own channels and selected retailers. Unofficial "bargains" online or at stalls may be counterfeit.
